Deep wounds, trauma, and limiting beliefs rise to the surface for release. This stage often feels uncomfortable because unresolved pain demands to be faced. Many experience "ego death"-where the old self dissolves to make way for the higher self.

Heightened intuition, inner peace, and connection with God or universal energy. You start to live more intentionally, from the soul rather than the ego. Relationships, environments, and choices shift to match your new vibration.
4. Purpose & Service
